Private Yoga Classes: 

If you are interested in a private yoga class you can message me at 250-549-6703. As a certified and insured yoga instructor, I can tailor a session and an at home program for you.

Sessions are 90 minutes and are $125.00 - private classes are located at my office in Vernon, BC.

Please feel free to bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. A mat and props are available in office to use during the appointment time. As with any fitness activity, be sure to confirm with your medical practitioner that you are medically well to participate in yoga.
